Universal Return Policy
1. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
3. Non‑returnable items (customise as needed)
Perishable goods, custom/personalised products, and digital downloads (if already accessed).
Items marked “final sale” are not returnable.
4. How to initiate a return
Contact us at [your email/contact form] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return shipping address and any necessary instructions.
5. Return shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we cover the shipping cost.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non‑refundable, except in cases of our error.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
8. Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
9. Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, first check with your bank. Then contact us — we will help trace it.
